This is a high-impedance earphone that differs from the DM series in style.Thanks to its ingenious design, it is compatible with most portable devices,and with an amplifier, its performance approaches that of the DM7Tl, but atless than half the price. The sound is rich, warm, and pleasant to listen to,with a large soundstage, strong three-dimensionality, accurate imaging, andprominent realism. The DM7s137 features a 15.4mm patented diamond-cut suspension diaphragm transducer, entirely designed, developed, and manufactured byKBEAR (supported by KBEAR Technology's flagship core patented structuraltechnology). KBEAR continues to adhere to its unique insights intodiaphragm application in unit design. The patented diamond-cut suspensiondiaphragm, combined with a uniformly symmetrical high-polymerdiaphragm of the same material, significantly enhances dynamics andmaintains extremely low phase distortion, resulting in more natural and fluidmusical transitions.Utilizing the same structure and materials as the Black Bell Gold, it features adouble linear magnetic circuit and extremely low magnetic gap technology,resulting in high magnetic density. The two bare cavities can easily beattracted to each other. Supported by KBEAR Technology's new multi-layercoil patented technology, with an impedance of 137 ohms, and combinedwith extremely precise magnetic gap technology, the DM7S137 achieves anunprecedented level of dynamic performance

The DM7S is the first medium-high impedance flat-head earphone in the DMseries, powered by KBEAR's new multi-layer coil patented technology. Its137-ohm impedance is quite different from conventional high-impedancecoils. Firstly, in terms of materials, most high-impedance coils use copper(because copper has high ductility and tensile strength, facilitating theprocessing of finer copper wires). The DM7S uses extremely fine aluminumwire coils, which are several to ten times more expensive to procure thancopper coils of the same brand (extracting extremely fine aluminum wiresrequires specialized equipment, technology, and high-purity materials).Secondly, in terms of structure, with the support of KBEAR's multi-layercomposite coil technology, the amount of energy generated by the coil'scurrent being cut by the magnetic field is doubled or even tripled (comparedto the increase in the coil's weight), greatly enhancing its power reserve. Touse an analogy, it's the difference between a 1.5-ton car with a 2.OL 4-cylinder engine and a 2-ton car with an engine approaching a 4.0OL V8.
The CNC-machined and hand-polishedcavity is crafted without compromisefor superior sound quality.
The meticulously crafted shell features a full 6-series aerospace-gradealuminum-magnesium alloy CNC cavity with an oxidized and hardenedsapphire coating. The shell integrates several complex surface treatmentprocesses, including hand brushing, hand polishing, sunburst pattern, CDpattern, high-gloss finish, and localized sandblasting, all to achieve a moreperfect texture. Even with the same size transducer, the overall outerdiameter of the cavity is slightly smaller than the standard DM7 by severalmicrons (making the manufacturing process more difficult; the wall thicknessof the original DM series was already at the limit of what could be machined,and the yield rate has always been high).

The DM7S137 is a flat-head earphone with a 0.78 dual-pin interchangeablecable design, and it also retains KBEAR's unique modular interchangeablesystem, coming standard with both 3.5mm and 4.4mm main cables.

The cable material uses the same high-end core as the KBEAR Black Bell Goldoriginal cable, equivalent to the DM7Ti original cable core (the outer sheathmaterial is the same, and the twist pitch has been fine-tuned according tothe target sound). The terminal hardware casing material and the 0.78 innermold material and outer mold material are all made of newly developedpolymer materials after testing dozens of materials, selecting the one withthe most suitable sound. However, strengths in some areas inevitably lead tosome shortcomings (the hardware and outer mold at the 0.78 connector arealmost impossible to bond with any glue. The existing outer mold material isa transparent color with a slight white tint. The current process uses a pre-treatment agent jointly developed with a major Taiwanese gluemanufacturer in China to solve this problem, but the bonding strength is stillnot as good as the bonding between ordinary materials).To prove that we are not making things up, all pre-ordered batches willinclude an additional cable with the same cable material but a different 0.78connector material without metal.
