Xishui XSP1 is a long-awaited flat-head earphone.It has been four years since the previous product OURART Qj21 and Hesse ANSATAPRO. Today, we are very honored to introduce this new earphone to you.
X$P1 uses a customized 15mm DLC diamond -like coated diaphragm large magnet dynamic unit,which can provide excellent sound quality
performance.In addition, it is equipped with a unique earphone sound guiding rear cavity
structure, including a buffer sub-cavity and a set of interconnected flute tubes. This design can not only optimize the sound propagation path but also enhance the details and layering of the
sound quality.

In terms of appearance design, the shell adopts an ear return structure, and the back panel is made of blue stable wood. The main color is black, with royal blue and gold embellishments,showing a low-key and luxurious style.

Xishui XSP1 uses CNC metal aluminum as the main cavity, combined with high-precision 3D printed resin sub-cavity, and a composite structure of multiple materials such as stable wood backboard. Compared with the previous models, XSP1 has a more complex structure and more mature tuning.

In addition, the Xishui XSP1 is also equipped with a thick 2-core low-impedance single crystal copper silver-plated audiophile upgraded wire. The wire diameter is 2.2 mm, with 100 wires per core. It is made of high-purity single crystal copper silver-plated material, which is soft and heavy.

Hand-made scaffolding circuits are one of the keys to making high-quality headphones. Compared with traditional machine manufacturing methods, hand-made scaffolding circuits pay more attention to details and precision. During the production process, craftsmen will carefully select and process materials to ensure that each wire meets the requirements. They will carefully match pure silver round wire and copper together to achieve the best sound quality.
Another advantage of hand-made scaffolding circuits is its flexibility. Craftsmen can customize according to different headphone models and needs to meet the pursuit of sound quality by different users. They can adjust according to personal preferences and music types to ensure that each headphone can provide a good sound quality experience.
Using pure silver round wire and copper as the in-machine wire for hand-made scaffolding circuits can significantly improve the sound quality of the headphones. Pure silver round wire can provide faster high-frequency output and make the sound clearer; copper can enhance the performance of mid-low frequencies and make the human voice fuller. The fine production and flexibility of hand-made scaffolding circuits enable each headphone to provide a sound quality experience according to the needs of the user.

Shipping Policy

We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".

*Note: Generally, we can only do Selected Shipping to India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping is 15-35USD dependingon your country. If your order is over 270USD, Express Shipping is free.
This applies for most countries. However, large items such as headphones and desktop DAC/AMPs (e.g. HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, and etc.) are excluded.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees wll still bededucted from the amount paid for thetwo-way freightcharges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees
Some parcels claimed to be "returned to the seller" may be destroyed by the post office or customsofficers when buyers refuse to accept their parcels or fail to pay for their taxes.No refundwill be processed forsuch cases.Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staf regarding the in-stock status of any products.

In general, upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents of the package and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing for it. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging when opening their parcels and products.

2. Provide your order number and state the issue clearly
3. Attach photos and videos to show that your product is faulty/missing. Shipping details on the parcel packaging have to be clearly visible.

If the photos/videos provided are insufficient to prove the stated issue, we will enquire more. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, partial refund or a full refund (where applicable). For incorrect products, Audione reserves all rights in deciding whether you need to return the incorrect item or not. Please kindly contact us via email first. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.

Audione will not be responsible for parcels that have been damaged during the transit process.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a follow-up email containing shipping tracking information.
