The core engineering team has been working on the project for 5 years, and it took nearly a year to polish it before it was finally launched. The development of the matching cable alone cost more than 7 figures, the shell hardware was remade in 5 batches, and the matching unit samples totaled 876 sets.

DM7 is equipped with flagship transducers designed, developed and produced by Kaisheng.
Compared with the popular soft suspension composite hard dome diaphragm design on the market, Kaisheng still adheres to the unique insights of using diaphragms in unit design. The patented diamond-cut suspension structure diaphragm with the entire symmetrical Kaisheng unique polymer diaphragm of the same material can better enhance the dynamics and maintain the level of extremely low phase distortion, and the note connection is more natural and smooth.
The DM7 shell is made of aluminum alloy CNC and manual polishing, a metal that integrates several complex surface treatment processes such as hand-brushing, hand-polishing, sun pattern, CD pattern, high gloss, partial sandblasting, etc.
Exquisite acoustic structure design Ultra-high precision sealed cavity
The sound of the earplugs still relies mostly on the exquisite acoustic structure and the corresponding matching transducer. The shell acoustic structure of the DM7 and the matching unit are exactly the same. The internal cavity can be understood as filling the entire unit. The top PCB solder point of the unit is only 0.2mm away from the inner cavity of the shell. The volume ratio is calculated accurately, and the airflow control in the cavity is highly accurate.
Patented modular interchangeable cable design meets various usage needs
DM7/DM7Ti is a 0.78 dual-pin interchangeable cable design flat-head earplug, which also retains Kaisheng's unique modular interchangeable system with standard 3.5 and 4.4 dual main cables. Type-c modules will also be developed and launched in the future, making unlimited expansion possible.
Flagship-level original headphone cable restores the original sound
DM7 is matched with a set of patented modular + 0.78 dual pin replaceable cables. The Ti version uses the new second-generation secondary smelting square core copper foil-based cables independently developed by Kaisheng. On the basis of the first generation, the outer skin is corrosion-resistant, oil-resistant, and the durability is significantly enhanced (the wire skin is full of stars, named Xinghan). DM7 is also matched with the expensive three-layer Litz structure silver-plated + first-generation secondary smelting square core copper foil-based cables.
